Ep2p Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the ep2p platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using our services. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ep2p platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ep2p as the platform provider. This agreement covers all services available through ep2p.bet, including online casino games, Sports Betting, e-sports, roulette, and all other related features.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Malaysian law. ep2p reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to verify compliance with this minimum age requirement.

Account Registration, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Creation and Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) ep2p account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or any other information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. ep2p reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and to request supporting documents such as a national ID, passport, or bank statement for account verification purposes.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep2p account password and login credentials. You may not share your login details with any third party, including family members or friends. ep2p will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a user's failure to keep their password secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify ep2p immediately through the available support channels. ep2p reserves the right to take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending your account for security investigation purposes.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Ep2p users agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal and entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any illegal purpose, fraudulent activity, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users is strictly prohibited.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to access ep2p systems or databases without authorisation.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the experience of other users on the platform.
Ep2p reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information
Deposits and Currency
All transactions on the ep2p platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using payment methods approved by ep2p, including DuitNow, local internet banking, and supported e-wallets. ep2p is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions during the deposit process.
Confirmed deposits are final and non-reversible except under circumstances specifically stated in the relevant policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that transfer details are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the user's ep2p account. ep2p reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding established thresholds.
Ep2p reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and the investigation will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms may be voided.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Ep2p Limitation of Liability
Ep2p shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users access this platform at their own risk and are responsible for all betting decisions made.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ep2p platform are the exclusive property of ep2p or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from ep2p. Violations of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The ep2p platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ep2p has no control over the content or practices of those third parties and is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of their services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of third parties independently.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Ep2p reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and at its sole discretion if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining account balance may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the ep2p support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for return in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures in effect.
Right to Amend Terms
Ep2p reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ep2p platform shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
